Cancelation Policy of Prepaid Appointments :
- For any Online Appointment , Customer has Right to Cancel the Prepaid Appointment Before 02 Hours. There will be No Cancelation Charges. Customer can Reschedule his/her Appointment as Well.
- Customer has to Cancel His/Her Appointment Through Phone Call on ilaj Mualja Official Contact Number. We Don’t Accept Cancelation From Third Party.
- Occasionally , Appointment Can be Cancelled/Postponed by Doctor , Clinic , Hospital or Lab. At that Time , Our Team will Inform to Customer So he/she can Postponed his/her Appointment According to his/her own Availability.
